How do I restore or sync my vault on a new device?
If you’ve enabled the Sync & Backup feature and have an iCloud setup on your device, restoring or syncing your 2FA accounts is quick and secure.
Steps to sync or restore:
Download the Password Manager on your device from the App Store.
→Already installed it? Open the app, go to Settings > Advanced, and tap Start Over.Open the app and select Restore from backup when prompted.
Choose the Vault you want to restore.
→ If available, on your previous device, open the app and go to Settings > Sync & Backup to check your vault’s name.Enter the password for that vault.
🔐 Note on security: For your protection, the app asks for your password first, even if you usually use Face or Touch ID. This helps confirm you’re the rightful owner of your data before access is allowed.
