How do I cancel my Authenticator App subscription?
Our Authenticator App is designed to safeguard your information while ensuring privacy and easy access to your 2FA codes.
With features like Sync & Backup to encrypted iCloud backups, you maintain full control over your data. The app makes it easy to recover your codes if you change or lose your device, and sync your accounts across all your Apple devices.
We’ve also created helpful 2FA Setup Guides for popular websites, so you can easily set up the 2FA feature on your online accounts.
However, if you still wish to cancel your subscription, here’s how you can do it:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and tap on the Authenticator App in your subscriptions list.
Tap Cancel Subscription to complete the process.
ℹ️ Please note that you will still have access to the app's premium features until the next billing cycle, after which your subscription will no longer renew.
❗IMPORTANT: We cannot cancel your App Store subscription from our side due to Apple restrictions. App Store subscriptions auto-renew by default, so it is recommended to manually cancel them through your Apple ID settings.
