If you’ve forgotten your password for your Password Manager vault, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Here’s what you can try:

  • Double-check your password:
    You have unlimited attempts to enter your password. Make sure there are no typos, passwords are case-sensitive.

  • Remember the password setup:
    When creating your vault password, there were no strict requirements, so you could have used any combination of characters, including no special characters or a specific length.

  • Still have access on another device?
    If you’ve enabled Face or Touch ID on a second device, you should be able to reset your vault password from Settings > Security.

ℹ️ Due to our strong end-to-end encryption, we can’t recover or reset passwords for you; your data stays private, even from us.
